Why it was Ruzzia that blowup the dam. Before the explosion they closed the water gate and rose the water level to maximum. Their main goal was to food our position on the islands lower on the river. Ukrainian army was able to create a hub for possible offensive over there. From what I understood Ruzzians wanted to partially flood the area but something went wrong. Now Ukrainian positions and the Ruzzian positions are flooded down the river. Only Ruzzian army could do it because the dam was on their part. They cut the bridge of the dam from the north when they retreated from the north last year. So Ukrainian side couldn’t physically control the dam gate of mine the dam itself.
